Why Use This Widget

Use the FAQ widget when the same questions keep appearing in chat, email, or calls. Instead of answering them one by one, you can turn them into a structured section that anticipates doubts before they become friction. Visitors can expand the topics that interest them and ignore the rest, which keeps the page compact and focused. This is useful on pricing pages, product pages, checkout pages, and onboarding flows where clarity directly affects conversions. A good FAQ can address objections, explain policies, and show that you understand your customers’ concerns. Over time, this reduces support volume and gives users a sense of transparency and reliability.
